Following Dale Mitchell's play in Windsor really lets you appreciate just how good Taylor Hall really is... wow.
12 points in 6 games played so far, and the kid's 13 months younger than Tavares.
Hall and Mcfarland should make one helluva duo at the top of the 2010 class.
Oh and, Mitchell finishes with an assist and +2 rating tonight.
6 points, + 8 rating in 4 games played. Not too shabby at all.

He really impressed me with the little bit I saw of him at the rookie tournament and the preseason game he played. Hopefully he can continue to progress and make the jump to the AHL next year.

They didn't know much about Hall going in but talking to them after, they said that he was fantastic. They were amazed with his tremendous speed and skill.

There's also the possibility that they convert him to a winger later on down the road due to his lack of size.

The prime Canadian talent is awesome right now with Stamkos, Tavares, Hall and Macfarland. There's talk of Hall perhaps emerging as the best of the four. Now that's a scary thought.

Another of Mitchell's very talented teammates, D Ryan Ellis, an offensive defenseman currently sitting just outside the top 10 of the '09 draft rankings, is really lighting it up so far this season.
6 goals and 7 assists for 13 points, +6 rating in just 7 games played so far.
