I see some changes coming for the Leafs soon.
They weren't that good in LA, except for the 3rdperiod, sucked royally in SJ and look like crap tonight in Phoenix.
He's already sent the message to Kaberle, who's next??

God this team is playing some ugly, ugly hockey. 3-6-2 in last 11. Ugly!!! That's what a cellar dwelling team's record looks like!!!

Ron Wilson:
"We sent a message to Kaberle, but it looks like he sent one right back with a -4 game"

Ron Wilson: "We sent a message to Kaberle, but it looks like he sent one right back with a -4 game" I was just about to post that!! Strong words!!! Obviously not impressed with Kaberle's play!!! He also said that "When you see the minuses piling up, we were trying to get out of the first even and we did." Translation: we played better without Kaberle on the ice. The second (literally) Kaberle hit the ice the wheels fell off. Kaberle was on for all 4 goals the Coyotes scored in the 2nd and 3rd.

If Kaberle's value falls completely by the wayside, I am going to be incredibly ticked off.
We already lost a potentially huge return on Sundin.

Kaberle is looking worse and worse each game. But the likelihood of Burke finding a suitable deal between now and Dec 9th is highly unlikely.
Ugh, I shudder to think of what may happen if Kaberle gets the doghouse from now til January.
Imagine trying to trade a 15 minute a night defender...

If Kaberle's value falls completely by the wayside, I am going to be incredibly ticked off. We already lost a potentially huge return on Sundin. That's a huge problem!! Toskala value is in the dumper right now, Kubina's value is dropping and the way Kaberle is going we wont be able to give him away!! The Leafs might not be able to move anything at the deadline because all their assets have lost so much value, it's mind boggling!! It angers me to no end to think of the return that we could have got for Sundin and we come up empty, and now Kaberle is sucking so bad he might be worthless soon. Now That he might want to leave we can't get squat for him. We tried to trade him at one of him most valuable times for a great package and he refused, now we'd be lucky to return a late first rounder in a deal for Kaberle!! I hope Burke does something...

Think maybe the "message" that RW was trying to send was that if you're trying to play yourself off this team don't play at all?? Was Kaberle even trying tonight. He was brutal to watch. Pee-Wee's don't make those kinds of mistakes that often. Anyone think that the benching was done to try to get Kaberle to accept a trade?? He just doesn't look like he cares, and that's not cool.

Guys I wouldn't worry about Kaberle's value. Look at the price tag he has on him for a number one defense pairing. Sure he's hit a slump currently but I'm positive there are GMs out there willing to trade for him at value.
Good to see Luke Schenn at 23:10 minutes an a even rating on +/-
