The Star says that the fine details are all that's left to iron out. They said that he'll be signed soon and probaby introduced on Saturday, during HNIC on National TV. Makes sense to do it on Saturday when everyone is watching, plus all the media is there and they can do the press conferences and interview him during the intermission and so on.

I don't know how, but I think Burke will bring a BIG name to Toronto when he's GM. This will instantly put him in the good books with the media and fans.... in this kind of market, you need to be in the good books, fast.
