You know what let's just call that a little bit of a blessing. Despite his face off ability he has the worst plus minus on the team.
Finger's been wicked this whole game loved those high lights of the hits he's thrown. Can't believe they didn't call an insitgator on armstrong though when he went after Jeff. That was pretty lame.
I agree with you though Alex, Deveaux's sh*t disturbing out there has really impressed me. Would like to see him hit more though but hey he's doing his job out there.

Ian White looks like he's officially moved out of Ron Wilson's doghouse.
Leads all Leaf players with 17 minutes TOI already.

Watching this interview with Burke and I am noticing something you don't see in the press conferences, and thati s his extreme excitement he has about the game and its history.

He is extremely bright (a Harvard graduate after all), and an honest man of excellent morals. My first impression of him came from his response to Kevin Lowe but now I really understand him. He's an honest man, and when Kevin Lowe pitched the offer sheet, as a friend of Kevin Lowe, he was probably very upset.

Deveaux is really starting to gain points in my books! I like what he's been doing so far too. If he can keep this up, he'll be a player for the Leafs. Especially now that Burke is here, he's his type of player.

Well it kind of helps the TOI when you're stuck on the ice for entire 2min PK, but yea, he is playing real solid ATM. Now that he playing a better defensive game, does RW ruin the mojo by putting him back on the wing and bring is Seifers, or leave him on D and put Holweg in? I think the smarter play is put Holweg in.
