Hey all, just getting in from my Kids Atom game and then the local High school game and am thrille d that Blake is out!!!! Also looking to Frogren clearing the crease. I think we all are!!! Only one that isn't is Blake. He doesn't understand what he did wrong to be benched. How about providing zero to the team and burning 3 PP opportunities for the Leafs by taking penalties!!

I love Western hockey. This should be one heckuva game.
Other than the 6-1 drubbing from a few weeks back, there really hasn't been a single unentertaining Leaf game.

FYI, the World Junior A Challenge just finished with USA taking home the gold.
Of note, Toronto 5th rounder Jerome Flaake had a good tournament. HF had this to say about him:
"He was named Player of the Game against Russia in a lopsided 8-2 loss but his combination of size and skill was noticeable."
Also, Toronto's 7th rounder, bruising D-man Andrew MacWilliam was named to the tourny all-star team as one of the top 2 defensemen present.

Late rounders are a bit of a crap shoot, so who knows. Nice to hear that there might be a bit of light at the end of the tunnel. If they can turn into something that would be nice!!!
