Leafs vs. Blue Jackets.
5pm ET at the ACC.
This may be hard to believe, but I'm going today and it's gonna be my very first Leaf game at the ACC.
Can't wait! ;D

Centre Ice Green's. I can't afford regular season tickets, but I managed to find some relatively affordable Green's for a decent price for today's game ($35 each). Looking forward to it!

With two relatively strong performances against the returning champs, Leafs will come out flaring with a 6-2 victory.

Predictions: Leafs win 5-3. Grabrovski with another point. Another goal for Grabs, but you sold him short!! 3PTS!! One of the few bright spots. Toskala was shaky. That scares me, not becuase I hope he does well and gets the Leafs to the playoffs (I don't think it's possible) but because it might hurt his trade value!! Same old, same old. 4-2 lead = 5-4 loss!! Thats the new "Maple Leaf Math". It doesn't add up in my book, and I don't think it does in Wilson's either. Win or loose, effort and execution are the most important thing and right now they are lacking in those areas during critical times!! 2 goals 15sec apart tonight, giving up the winning goal 35sec after tying it on Saturday is inexcusable. This has been a common happening during recent times in LeafLand. Wilson must correct this, regardless of were the Leafs will finish. This could be their biggest hurdle this year.

Just got back from the game. What a great experience. The atmosphere, the crowd, the speed, along with a very entertaining game. Glad to hear you had a good time. I remember my first game in Toronto. It was right after the trade deadline in 2003. It was the first game in Toronto after the deadline and Gilmour was supposed to make his "re-debut", but he got injured in Calgary the game before. It was against the Islanders and we sat in the Reds. It was a tie (back then there was only OT and no shootout).

The Grabovski goal to finish the tic-tac-toe passing was beautiful. And the Chimera goal while falling was spectacular.

I like how they've worked together these last few games. Seems to fit together. It was a nice play all around by the 3 of them to set it up. What about Chimera getting taken out by the Ref?? That was classic!! Bowen couldn't talk for like 2 mins. He just kept showing the replay and laughing!!!

And once again Grabs was the best forward out there on the ice for the Leafs. He did everything, went into the corners, pressured defenders and stole pucks, went to the right places and got some good shots off, and made a few beautiful passes. So gosh darn dangerous. And Tlusty is looking very good out there as well. He's really coming into his own and feeling more confident. I think he could have a nice season on Grabs' line.

And the Blake hit to start the game was pretty massive.
It was hilarious how 10 seconds after he got off the ice, they showed the announcement/picture of him winning the Masterton.
His ears were ringing so hard, I doubt he could have heard the applause.
