Great game, tough finish for the Leafs. Pogge was amazing, especially through the first 2 periods. My seats we to his left for 2 periods and the overtime. Though end to he game. two tip-ins/redirections, the last of which was on the PK with Miller out. I'm not sure about the overtime one. Looked like he should have had it. I'll have to see the replays to look at it again. I was really impressed with Kulemin tonight. I thought he was involved physically, played well defensively and got some things going offensively. I think he's coming along nicely. Looks to have some chemistry with Grabs. Pony was on the ice for all 3 Sabre goals . I wasn't pleased by his play. Stralman threw a huge hip check on someone. It was a thing of beauty!!! Frogren was physical and was ok. I took a look at the stats, and Grabs and Mitchell won 60% and 56% on the faceoff. I thought Mitchell had another decent game. He spent a lot of time killing penalties. He was the second highest forward for PK mins. I haven't heard what Wilson said yet, but I imagine that there were a lot of questions surrounding the giving up of the 3rd period 2 goal lead!!! I can't believe they did it 2 games in a row!! Wilson looks like he has a lot of work to do in that area. They were to passive in the last 5 mins of the game. They weren't the same team that skated hard and played tough for the first 55 mis. When will this team learn that you can't sit back and watch the other team come at you in waves in the 3rd period??? Play the way that got you the lead to begin with to finish off the game. That frustrates me so much!!

You went all the down to Buffalo for the game? Or did you live there?

From what I saw, Kulemin was much better this game than in previous games, but he's still a little awestruck by the speed of the game. He seems a little timid with the puck, but for the most part played a solid game.
Once we see him get comfortable with his linemates, I think we'll see him try to stickhandle and create a lot more, which he was great at in the RSL.
